Program Experience

Supported by Suzhou Cultural International Travel Services Co., Ltd., Passion Global Edu has developed a mature operational framework for international student study programs in China. Our approach integrates immersive cultural experiences, professional bilingual guidance, comprehensive safety management, and customized curriculum design.

Since 2015, our team has continuously organized China study programs for students from Hope Chinese Charter School in Oregon, USA, including Grade 5 and Grade 8 groups. Programs have taken place across Beijing, Shanghai, Suzhou, and other cities, helping students transition from “visitors” to meaningful participants in cultural exchange.

1. Structured Sister School Partnerships. Long-term cooperation has been established with local schools such as Xinsu Normal School Affiliated Primary School, Suzhou Jingfan Middle School, SIP Xinggang School, and Xi’an Jiaotong University Suzhou Affiliated High School. These partnerships provide immersive campus exchange opportunities for international students.
2. Multilingual Professional Team. Our study program mentors are proficient in English, German, French, Spanish, and other languages, ensuring smooth and effective cross-cultural communication throughout the program.
3. Comprehensive Program Management. Our programs include pre-departure learning materials, cultural preparation resources, 24-hour emergency support, daily program reflection sessions, health monitoring, and small-group supervision. Each program concludes with a structured learning report and outcome presentation.
4. Safety-First Operational System. Dedicated insurance coverage, professional transportation teams, vetted dining arrangements, medical emergency access points, and established contingency protocols ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.
Case Study · March 2023 During a study tour group visit from the United States, one accompanying parent experienced sudden hypoglycemia. Our team immediately activated the emergency response protocol, contacted local emergency medical services (120), and arranged staff to accompany the individual throughout the medical consultation and treatment process. Afterward, we assisted with insurance documentation, claim preparation, and communication with the insurance provider. The reimbursement was successfully processed within ten business days after the parent returned to the United States. The family expressed strong appreciation for the team’s professionalism, efficiency, and attentive support.
